Mémoire ENS: Résumé
Ce mémoire est la conception et la réalisation d’un système d’information de gestion de l’aléa d’affectation du personnel enseignant de l’enseignement secondaire au Cameroun. Il s’agit d’un système d’information (SI) pouvant fonctionner aussi bien dans un établissement secondaire, une Délégation Départementale, une Délégation Régionale qu’au niveau de l’Administration Centrale, et même en interconnexion entre ces différents niveaux géographiques à l’aide d’un Intranet. Ainsi, il offre aux responsables en charge de la gestion d’affectation du personnel enseignant tant au niveau central que déconcentré la possibilité de disposer d’un Système Informatique (SIGPES) capable de leur permettre d’avoir non seulement une base de données pour une gestion intégrée et rationnelle des enseignants mais aussi de leur produire, quelque soit le niveau géographique, un certain nombre d’indicateurs d’aide à la décision de l’aléa de la mobilité interne (Affectation et Mutation) des enseignants.

. This dissertation is the conception and the implementation of an information system for the random management of posting of secondary school teachers in Cameroon. It is therefore an information system (IS) that can also function in a secondary school, the Delegation of a division, the Delegation of a Sub Division at the level of the Central Administration, even in interconnection between its different geographic levels with the aid of an intranet. Thus, it offers to the personnel in charge of the management of posting of teachers as well at the central level the possibility to own a computerized system capable of helping them not to only have a database for an integral and rational management of teachers but also to produce, no matter the geographical level, a certain number of indicators helps in taking the internal decesions (posting and mutation) of teachers.
